 SUGGESTED ITINERARY:

 Day1: ARRIVAL (D) Arrive Manila. Transfer to hotel. Rest of the time is free before the welcome dinner.

 Day 2: MANILA (B, L, D)

After breakfast, visit the National Shrine of Our Mother of Perpetual Help also called the Redemptorist Church or Baclaran Curch, a popular pilgrimage site and one of the largest churches  with a seating capacity of 2,000. It houses one of the most venerated Marian images in the country, an icon of Our Mother of Perpetual Help, to which miraculous powers are ascribed. Every Wednesday, devotees flock to the sanctuary in what has become known as “Baclaran Day” and participate in a novena offered for the Virgin’s intercession. The shrine celebrates its annual feast day on June 27. Also visit three other important churches in the Philippines. One, the Manila Metropolitan Cathedral, the seat of the Archdiocese of Manila located in historic Intramuros. It is dedicated to the Patroness of the Philippines, the Blessed Virgin Mary under the title “Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception.” Hence it is also called the Cathedral-Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. Two, the San Agustin Cathedral, the oldest stone church in Metro Manila that dates back to 1571. Of interest are its intricately carved door, Baroque pulpit, molave choir stalls, and 18th century pipe organ. Three, the beautiful Gothic, all-steel, Basílica Menor de San Sebastián, or San Sebastian Church, consecrated and completed in 1891; designated as a National Historical Landmark by the Philippine government in 1973; and included in the tentative list for possible designation as a World Heritage Site in 2006.

 Day 3: MANILA – CAVITE – BATANGAS (B, L, D)

After breakfast, depart for for Maragondon, Cavite and visit one of the country’s National Cultural Treasures–Our Lady of the Assumption Parish Churchconsecrated in 1581, finished in 1714. Proceed to Taal to visit the coral-hewn Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Caysasay. See its celebrated six-inch high, 17th-century  image of the Immaculate Conception that dates back to 1603 found in nearby Pansipit River. The feast day of Our Lady of Caysasay is December 8. Proceed to Lipa and visit the Romanesque Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint Sebastian, known as the Lipa Cathedral. This cathedral serves as the seat of the Archdiocese of Lipa originally  comprised by the provinces of Batangas, Quezon, Aurora, Laguna, Marinduque, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, and part of the Camarines area. End your pilgrimage for the day with a visit to Padre Pio Shrine.

 Day 4: LIPA – ANTIPOLO – QUEZON CITY (B, L, D)

After breakfast, visit Mt. Carmel Church with nearby Our Lady of the Mediatrix. Then, proceed to Antipolo for a visit to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage. End your pilgrimage for the day with a mass and/or rosary at the Santuario de Santa Philomena, Patroness of the Universal Living Rosary.

 Day 5: BULACAN – MANAOAG (B, L, D)

Today, head north. Visit the beautiful and historic Malolos Cathedral or Minor Basilica of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception, the ecclesiastical seat of the Diocese of Malolos in the Philippines. Time permitting, briefly visit the the National Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima and the the Divine Mercy Shrine. Then, proceed to the Shrine of Our Lady of Manaoag. See the murals on the church exterior which depict the miracles in the lives of devotees and attributed to Our Lady’s intercession.

 Day 6: LA UNION – PAGUDPUD (B, L, D)

Today proceed to La Union to visit, the beautiful Franciscan Basilica of Our Lady of Charity . Then, travel north to Ilocos Norte province all the way to Pagudpud. Rest of the time is free to enjoy the surroundings.

 Day 7: PAGUDPUD  – VIGAN (B, L, D)

Today, Visit Saint Williams Cathedral, commonly known as Laoag Cathedral, built in 1612, it serves as the seat of the Diocese of Laoag. See its Sinking Bell Tower, which is said sink into the ground at a rate of an inch a year. Also, visit Paoay Church, built in 1694, also known as the St. Augustine Church. See its bell tower that was used as an observation post by Katipuneros during the Spanish period. It was declared a Cultural National Treasure in 1973 and a UNESCO World  Heritage Site  in 1993. Also visit nearby Sta. Maria Church, declared a Baroque World Heritage Site. Time permitting, also see some of the following: Paoay Lake, Paoay Sand Dunes (excluding ride), Malacanang of the North, Juan Luna Shrine, Kapurpurawan Rock Formation, Bangui Windmill, Burgos Lighthouse. Proceed to Vigan.

 Day 8: VIGAN (B, L, D)

Welcome to Vigan, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit the soul of the city, St. Paul Metropolitan Cathedral. Across it is Plaza Salcedo where dancing fountain light shows are held. Nearby is Plaza Burgos known for street food stalls and the Archbishop’s Palace of the Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia. Also visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Charity, declared the patroness of Ilocandia on January 12, 1956. Built in 1590 and one of the oldest churches in Ilocos, it is popularly known as Bantay Church and Belltower with its nearby Bantay Tower or watchtower that used to monitor pirates during the Spanish period. Time permitting, visit one or two of the heritage houses /museums: Crisologo Museum, Burgos Museum, Syquia Mansion (entrances to museums on individual account).

 Day 9: VIGAN – PAMPANGA (B, L, D)

After breakfast, rest of the time is free to explore Vigan– you may take a calesa ride around the cobbled streets, visit a museum, shop or take photos. Later, depart for Pampanga.

Day 10: DEPARTURE for those exiting CLARK airport. Check-in at Clark airport (3:30 a.m.) for early morning flight to Cagayan de Oro. Those who will exit at Manila airport will proceed to Manila for overnight.

Day 11: DEPARTURE for those exiting Manila airport.

TOURMAKERS PHILIPPINES INC. has arranged for the various tour services to be performed under the responsibility of various operators. Tourmakers, its employees, or its sub-agents therefore only acts as agents for the operators providing the various services described in this tour and assumes no responsibility or liability for any accident, injury, damage to property, losses or unexpected expenses that may occur out of or in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment, acts of God or “force majeure”, strikes, civil disturbances or acts of terrorism, theft, delay or cancellation or change in the itinerary, overbooking and defaults.

The passage contract used by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours or the passenger.  Baggage is at owner’s risk throughout the tour. All rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless tickets & vouchers have been issued. Rates are per person for a group of 8-9 persons travelling together.

Tourmakers reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any participant who, in its opinion, is prejudicing the harmony of the tour group, a burden to the group or for any reason by his/her conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour. The right is reserved to make appropriate adjustments in prices and to withdraw any portion of the travel package offered, as it deems necessary or desirable. The right to postpone or cancel the tour immediately prior to departure is reserved, especially when the number of participants falls below the required number. The payment of a reservation fee for the tour shall constitute acceptance and consent to all provisions in the tour conditions/responsibilities published in this tour.

 PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:

  1. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of P 3,000.00 is required upon booking. A copy of a valid government-issued identification card (e.g., senior citizen, passport) is required upon booking.
  2. Fifty percent of total payment is required by Dec. 22; full payment by 29 December 2017.
  3. Any cancellation must be made in writing. The following  cancellation fees apply:
