Day 01: 19 OCT. MANILA

Check in for flight to Amman.           

 Day 02: 20 OCT.  AMMAN PETRA

Welcome to Amman, Jordan! Get a glimpse of what was once the Biblical land. Travel along the Desert Highway through the ever changing scenery of the Transjordan plateau and arrive at the fabled rose city of Petra, the 2,000 year old Nabatean capital accidentally rediscovered in 1812. (An option is to ride by horse to the Siq, a half mile long unforgettable gorge. Experience the “Indiana Jones” film. ) Stand in awe in front of the Treasury, a Wonder of the World – a rose colored monumental building artfully carved out of sheer rock. Continue on to see the other temples and tombs carved into the mountainside. Check in at hotel in Petra for the night. (B,D)

Day 03: 21 OCT.          PETRA-AMMAN

After breakfast, proceed to Mt. Nebo. Marked by a simple chapel, it is here where Moses viewed Canaan of Israel. God did not allow him to enter and live out his life together with Joshua and the masses he led out of Egypt. Visit Madaba for the oldest Middle East Mosaic Map inside a Greek Orthodox Church. Return to Amman for check in at hotel for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

Day 04: 22 OCT.           AMMAN-TIBERIAS

In the morning after breakfast, transfer to the border and cross to Israel.  Renew baptismal vows in Yardenit. Then to Mount Tabor to pray at the Church of the Transfiguration.  Overnight in Tiberias. (B,D)

 Day 05: 23 OCT.           TIBERIAS

Today, visit the Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus proclaimed the Eight Beatitudes. Remember, “Blessed are the pure in spirit for they will see God”. Meditation here. Pray at the St. Peter’s Primacy Church on the Sea of Galilee shore. Follow Jesus’ path to Tabgha, where he fed the multitudes with five loaves and two fishes. Walk along the shores of Capernaum; visit St. Peter’s house, where Jesus preached and healed Peter’s mother-in-law. Take an exhilarating ferry boat ride across the Sea of Galilee. It’s a time for celebration. Remember when Jesus calmed its stormy waters? Drive to  Cana to the Church of the Wedding, where the first miracle happened. Eucharistic Celebration and renewal of marriage vows for married couples. On to Nazareth, city chosen by God for the annunciation of the birth of His Son. Here Jesus grew to manhood. Visit the Basilica of Annunciation and St. Joseph’s workshop. (B,D)

 Day 06: 24 OCT.           TIBERIAS-JERUSALEM

Today, visit the beautiful city of Haifa, Israel’s third largest city. See the breathtaking view of the city and take photos of the world center of the Bahai faith. Then, visit Mount Carmel of the prophet Elijah. Pray at the Church, the biggest of the Carmelite Order. On to Caesaria, built by Herod the Great, meant to be a Roman bastion of might. Here is where Peter baptized the centurion Cornelius. See the Ampitheater, a reminder of the Roman, Herodian and Crusader periods. Pass by the old city of Jaffa which together with Venice and Genoa were the great ports at the time. On to Ein Karem, birthplace of John the Baptist. Walk through the picturesque old village to visit the Basilica of Visitation and the Church of St. John the Baptist. Visit the scale model of Jerusalem of the Second Temple period in the days of Christ. (B,D)

Day 07: 25 OCT.           JERUSALEM

Today, sing Christmas hymns and celebrate as you go to visit BETHLEHEM, birthplace of Jesus. Meditate on the glory of the Birth of Our Savior at the Church of the Nativity. Drive to the Shepherd’s Field and Cave Chapel, a recent Byzantine excavation and past Ruth the Moabite’s Fields to the Judean Wilderness. On To Mount Olives with its church built in memory of Jesus’ ascension to heaven and a view of the Old City of Jerusalem, the Judean Desert, Moab Mountains and Dead Sea Visit Pater Noster Church, Dominus Flevit Church where Jesus wept. Then to the Church of All Nations, the Rock of Agony and the Garden of Gethsemane. Proceed to Mount Zion, visit the Room of the Last Supper where also the Holy Spirit descended upon the apostles. Nearby is the Dormition Abbey from where the Blessed Mary went up to heaven. Visit St. Peter in Gallicantu (Caiphas House), the Apostle’s Jail, the Sacred Stairway and view the Potter’s Field.  (B,D)

 Day 08: 26 OCT.           JERUSALEM

Start at the Church of St. Anne with the Pool of Bethsaida. Pray the Stations of the Cross along the Via Dolorosa. You’ll feel how much you’ve contributed  to Christ’s sufferings, with this unforgettable experience. The way ends at the most venerated Church of the Holy Sepulchre site of the Calvary. On to Mount Moriah to visit the Western Wall (Wailing Wall). (B,D)

Day 09: 27 OCT.           DEPART BETHLEHEM FOR DEAD SEA AREA

Drive through the Jordan Valley, and arrive in Jericho, the oldest city on earth. View the Mount of Temptation. Continue down to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth. Swim or test the healing waters of the Dead Sea. Available are many products good for skin ailments. Continue to Qumran. Learn about the Dead Sea Scrolls (part foundation of the Holy Bible) which were discovered in the Qumran caves.  (B,D)

 Day 10: 28 OCT.           BORDER CROSSING TO EGYPT

After breakfast, check out and transfer to border for crossing into EGYPT. Will be met, assist then drive towards hotel in St. Catherine Village. Dinner and overnight stay. (B,D)

Day 11: 29 OCT.           DEPART FOR CAIRO

Early morning climbing at Mt. Sinai then on return will have breakfast before check out. Then will visit St Catherine Monastery for the Burning Bush before drive towards Cairo City passing by Suez Canal and Moses Spring. Check in at hotel in Cairo for dinner and overnight stay. (B,D)

Day 12: 30 OCT.           FULL DAY IN CAIRO

After breakfast, will start with visit at the Pyramids then the Sphinx before proceed to Egyptian Museum then to Khan El Khalili Bazaar for some shopping. Return to hotel for freshen up in time for the Dinner Cruise along the Nile River. Return to hotel for overnight stay. (B,D)

Day 13: 31 OCT.           DEPART CAIRO

After breakfast, visit Old Cairo for the Hanging Church before transfer to Cairo Airport for flight back to Manila. (B)

Tourmakers, its employees, or its sub-agents therefore only acts as agents for the operators providing the various services described in this tour and assumes no responsibility or liability for any accident, injury, damage to property, losses or unexpected expenses that may occur out of or in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment, acts of God or “force majeure”, strikes, civil disturbances or acts of terrorism, theft, delay or cancellation or change in the itinerary, overbooking and defaults.

The passage contract used by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours or the passenger.  Baggage is at owner’s risk throughout the tour.

Tour package price does not include airline taxes, fuel surcharge, Philippine travel tax, terminal fee, visa fee and other documentation-related expenses, travel insurance, tour and transportation during free periods, porterage, beverages taken during meals, items of such personal nature such as laundry, telephone, fax, room service, mandatory gratuities or tips to drivers, guides and/or escort, and expenses not mentioned in the inclusions. All rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless tickets & vouchers have been issued. Rates are for a minimum of 35  passengers.

Tourmakers reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any participant who, in its opinion, is prejudicing the harmony of the tour group, a burden to the group or for any reason by his/her conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour. The right is reserved to make appropriate adjustments in prices and to withdraw any portion of the travel package offered, as it deems necessary or desirable. The right to postpone or cancel the tour immediately prior to departure is reserved, especially when the number of participants falls below the required number. The payment of a reservation fee for the tour shall constitute acceptance and consent to all provisions in the tour conditions/responsibilities published in this tour.

 PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:

  1. A deposit of $500.00 is required upon booking; payable in US dollars or Philippine pesos at the current airline exchange rate. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. A copy of a valid passport is required upon booking.
  2. Full payment is required by 18 August 2017.
  3. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. The      following  cancellation fees apply when cancellation is made:

75-65 days from departure 35% of tour cost
64-51 days from departure 50% of tour cost
50-36 days from departure 75% of tour cost
35 days before departure   100% of tour cost

Any unused portion of the tour is non-refundable.
